Wellness and medical disclaimer
We provide general wellness education, encouragement, and accountability around everyday habits and personal goals. This website and our coaching do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing, medical nutrition therapy, or mental health treatment. Coaching does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and does not replace professional healthcare. Consult your healthcare professional about medical concerns and changes that may affect your health. Do not disregard professional advice because of website or coaching content. Individual experiences vary and no result is guaranteed. Do not use our chat or texts for emergencies; contact emergency services when urgent help is needed.
Eligibility and responsible use
This website is intended for adults. Use it lawfully and supply accurate contact details. Do not submit sensitive health information, medical records, payment card details, or another person’s private information through public chat.
Services and purchases
Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a paid service. Any coaching scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation, refund, and recurring payment terms will be disclosed separately before purchase. Please review the terms of any service before purchasing.
SMS program
Path to Shape LLC offers optional promotional text messages that may include wellness coaching offers, program announcements, and special offers. Opt in through the website chat widget using its unchecked consent checkbox. Message frequency varies. Promotional texts may use automated means. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number alone does not establish SMS consent.
STOP, HELP, and resubscription
Reply STOP to a message from Path to Shape LLC to cancel SMS. We will confirm your opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message availability depends on carrier and service conditions. SMS is not an emergency communication service.
